Using the search bar

The search bar allows you to search for a solution using a keyword or key phrase. The system will look for frequently asked questions that match your keyword and shows the questions that are found.

You can click on the articles or questions to open the full text. Below the text are more related articles that can be clicked. 

You can help Adaption improve by providing us with feedback on the article by selecting the 'Yes' or 'No' button next to the question: Did this solve your problem?


Request for change

You can use the option 'Request for change' to request a change. 

Title of your change: Fill in the title of your change request.

Describe the change: Fill in the description of the change request. Make sure to add the following details:

  • Detailed information (e.g. Dossier number etc.)
  • A clear description of the issue (the issue + the expected result)
  • The detailed steps to reproduce the issue

Attachment (optional): Add attachments such as screenshots.

Create/Cancel buttons: Press create to create the request and cancel to cancel the request. 

After pressing create you will be navigated to a new page where you can see the details of your request. 


Report an issue

To report an issue regarding the Adaption application you can use the 'Report an issue' option. This will open a new screen such as the one on the left. In this screen you can report an issue. 

Priority (optional): Fill in the priority of the issue. There are a few options available. 

  • None
  • System down
  • Blocking issue
  • Major issue with workaround
  • Minor issue with workaround

Title of your issue: Fill in the title of your issue.

Describe your issue: Fill in a clear description of your issue. Make sure to add the following details:

  • Detailed information (e.g. Dossier number etc.)
  • A clear description of the issue (the issue + the expected result)
  • The detailed steps to reproduce the issue

Attachment (optional): Add attachments such as screenshots.

Create/Cancel buttons: Press create to create the issue and cancel to cancel the issue. 

After pressing create you will be navigated to a new page where you can see the details of your issue. 


Get help

The option 'Get help' is used for general questions about the Adaption application which are not issues. Questions such as 'How do I create a new user?' or 'Where in the application can I see my to do's?' can be asked with the options. 

Question title: Insert the title of your question.

Question description: Insert a description of your question.

Create/Cancel buttons: Press create to create the question and cancel to cancel the question. 

After pressing create you will be navigated to a new page where you can see the details of your question. 


Request a new account

Requesting a new account will let you fill in the username and email address of the person you would like to request a new account for. The request is submitted to a support agent of Adaption who will send an activation email to the given email address. 

New user name: Fill in the user name of the new user. 

New user email: Fill in the email address of the new user. 

Create/Cancel buttons: Press create to create the user request and cancel to cancel the user request. 

After pressing create you will be navigated to a new page where you can see the details of your request.
