The possibilities for Smart Search can be set up by an administrator. This is done in the page 'smart searches'. Smart searches are currently only available for 'Dossiers'.
The item 'Dossiers' is shown on the page 'Smart Searches'. This is the page in which the smart search will search. This page can be edited to add or remove columns. It is also possible to define which columns are used when the user searches with the option 'All columns'. When selecting the smart search option 'Global Search', this column will be used when a user selects the option 'All Columns' in the search. If the options 'Global Search' is selected, a check mark will appear in the 'Global Search' box.
