How to Upload Master Data

Step 1 - Upload CSV

The steps below describes how to Add a Relation:

  1. Login to the Logistics Cloud Suite

  2. Go to 'Interfaces'

  3. Check if 'Upload Locations' widget is available

  4. Drag the CSV file into the 'Drop file here' region




Step 2 - Check for data errors


  1. Go to EDI Jobs
  2. Look for the related EDI Job, normally the one at the top
  3. Check for the status:
    1. Processed: all data is uploaded
    2. Error Validating

If status is Error Validating

  1. Edit EDI Job
  2. Open tab Event Logs
